Moreover, users can utilize the Live Floor Monitor and Summary features to monitor player activity and trends on the casino floor in real-time. The Reservations function enables users to view all forthcoming arrivals, current in-house guests, departures, as well as off-property hotel reservations. Furthermore, the app allows for easy logging of contacts, request codes, and comp issuances. The new OPTX mobile app provides a seamless experience for managing various aspects of casino operations.
